Pizza, Beer, Classy Atmosphere

After joining the Florence area in November of 2013, the Pie Factory has been playing their part in helping other local businesses. Florence if forever expanding with new locally owned businesses and the Pie Factory is one of those.

With a wine and beer list that provides local brewery options, this gives them the chance to expand their product while also expanding the Pie Factory’s bar. Their new lunch menu that goes from 11 am to 3 pm has college student friendly options like a 10” lunch sized pizza starting from $6 going up to $10. Their regular dinner menu provides very interesting combinations, with local quirky names to go along with it.

“The Muscle Shoals Sound is our most popular pizza. It has two layers of pepperoni, tomato sauce, hot sauce, mozzarella, and sprinkled parmesan cheese,” Hostess Mary Katheryn says.

Their parent company is On the Rocks which means they have plans to have more college friendly specials and nights. The Pie factory has a great appeal to everyone with a classy atmosphere with local comfort.

Manager Jed Perry says, “We have arguably the best servers in town. Plus we have no pre cut vegetables, everything is fresh. We put out a product that really shows the work behind it.”

The Pie factory has a very friendly environment and great local loyalty. Stop by and grab a pie, a local beer, or a calzone, even a dessert s’mores or cheesecake pizza if you’re feeling adventurous.
