New restaurants are always opening in the Shoals area, but downtown Florence always seems to bring fresh new locally owned businesses that really want to help the community.

Imagine That opened on Court Street Jan.1, this move downtown geared them towards college students along with more college friendly options.

Owner Dana Melton says, “I love the downtown area! It has been so inviting.”

 

They open at 7 for breakfast so students have a chance to come by before class with plenty of grab and go options. They are also trying to be able to accept the mane card, and plan on a special starting in March where students would get 10-15% off said Melton.

 

Imagine that provides vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, and everything is made from scratch. Melton considers it to be a southern influence on classic American food. They are open Monday-Friday 7 to 3, and Sunday brunch from 11 to 2. Plus if you don’t feel like leaving your house, they deliver from 12 to 2!
