University President Bill Cale announced this morning, Sept. 18, that Dr. Dan Hendricks has been hired as UNA’s new vice president for university advancement. Hendricks will assume his new position Oct. 15.

Cale said in a press release that Hendricks has an outstanding track record with university advancement programs. He has worked in similar positions at several universities. 

Hendricks, a DePauw University graduate and master’s degree holder from Duke University, said he and his wife, Barb, were impressed with the university, according to the press release.

“Dr. Hendricks will bring to UNA an outstanding track record with university advancement programs,” Cale said in a release. “His experience, polish and enthusiasm will serve this institution and this community very well.”

Hendricks and his wife are moving from Saint John, Ind.
