UNA has been named the 2024 “Great College to Work For” by the Great Colleges to Work For program. The university has appeared five times in the results, but for the first time it has achieved honors in each category, UNA said in a statement.
Winning honors in each category, UNA is only one of three in the nation to do so. Results are based on a survey of 216 colleges, with 75 achieving recognition. It has also been named on the Great Colleges Honor Roll.
“This is a very satisfying affirmation of UNA, but our real goal is not recognition – it’s being a community that values the needs and contributions of every individual,” said UNA President Dr. Ken Kitts
