Suspects in a Georgia kidnapping were arrested by an Alabama State Trooper in Tuscumbia, Ala, during a traffic stop on Nov. 15.
WAFF reports that the two female suspects, Starlita Moore, 41, and Tiara Schulters, 19, allegedly kidnapped two children at a mall outside of Atlanta.
According to authorities, the suspects were at the mall for a court-ordered visitation with the two children, where Moore struck a Division of Family and Children Services employee and fled alongside her daughter, with the children in tow.
The women were pulled over in Tuscumbia on U.S. Highway 72 by a State Trooper on Nov. 15. Both of the children were found in the vehicle uninjured.
The Gwinnett County Police Department said that Moore will be charged with several charges, including two counts of kidnapping, battery and cruelty to children in the third degree. Schulters will be charged with both counts of kidnapping and interstate interference with custody.
