UNA Dining unveiled the newest addition to their lineup, Panda Express, June 1 for the grand opening.

Panda Express was open from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. before closing for the weekend. Panda Express started regular summer hours June 5, along with with CREATE, Chick-Fil-A and Starbucks, according to the UNA Dining Facebook page.

Panda Express will be open Monday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m for the remainder of summer.

Panda Express is located to the right of Moe’s Southwest Grill. UNA dining previously used this space as a dishwashing area. Panda Express also expanded into part of the previous Student Government Association offices.

The state approved the the building plan UNA Dining and Panda Express submitted Feb. 13. Construction began in the Guillot University Center Atrium Feb. 27, said Director of UNA Dining Susan Breer in a Flor-Ala article.

“We’re excited for growth, and I hope you are as well,” Breer said.
