The University Police department is investigating an alleged sexual abuse crime that occurred in Flowers Hall in Sept. 2016.

UNA Deputy Chief of Police Mark Parker said the police were made aware of the case in March 2017.

“(We) cannot release any details until the investigation is complete,” Parker said.
