“I’m most thankful for the opportunities I’ve had at UNA and throughout life,” she said. “There are times when I don’t feel like enough – good enough, strong enough, brave enough, smart enough. In those times, I reflect on all the awesome opportunities I’ve had, like being a debt-free first generation college student. It feels great to make others proud of me, but what keeps me going is when I can say I’m proud of myself.”
