“Jack” A Photo Essay
March 11, 2020
This is Jack. He is a rescue dog. I have owned rescue dogs practically my entire life, both old and young. Honestly, my life would not be the same without them there. People tend to think that since they are rescues, there is the assumption when one describes them as defensive, that must mean they’re dangerous. When people describe rescue dogs as defensive, they don’t mean that they’re aggressive, but that they’re fragile. They just want a place to belong, to love and to be loved. This is why my life would’ve been different withoutrescue dogs, because when they nd a home of their own, Iknow that they can care in a way no other being can.
