If there is one branch of our staff that deserves an endless “thank you” it is the photographers. These four individuals work tirelessly throughout the week to photograph events, come up with creative ways to illustrate our wacky stories and could very well be called the Student Media paparazzi.

And they are amazing at what they do — capturing campus spirit and once-in-a-lifetime moments is a special job and one that each of these staff members does with ease. Our newspaper would be pretty boring each week without their work to showcase alongside the articles.

Each staff member is different from the next: Josh cosplays, Roger is from China, Sarah is going to be a teacher and Alli does roller derby in her spare time. Photography is the tie that binds them all together, despite their differences in personality and hobbies.

Thank you for the work you’ve done this year and for shooting (and sometimes reshooting) our crazy assignments. We could not have made it through this year without you all.
