The Miss UNA 2014 title was awarded to Erica Kelly, 20, tonight at the 40th anniversary Miss UNA pageant in Norton Auditorium.

Kelly also won the swimsuit competition.

“I am completely ecstatic and blown away and I can’t wait to get this new year underway as Miss UNA”, Kelly said.

Kelly will go on to compete in the Miss Alabama competition in November.

The new community service award was given to secondary education major Brittany Jordan for her outstanding community service hours.

Miss Congeniality was awarded to 19-year-old communications major Jovonne Baker.

Public Relations major Candace Crane took the People’s Choice award.

Third runner-up was awarded to entertainment industry major Danielle Patten while second runner-up was given to Victoria Roose, a music education major.

First runner-up and talent award winner was presented to Meredith Hamner, a music education major.
