A shooting in Tuscumbia leading to one man’s death is being investigated as a death, and not a homicide, according to Tuscumbia police. This is the current designation of the investigation pending an autopsy report from the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences.
Nathan Littleton, 28, was shot and killed on the evening of Oct. 6. The Tuscumbia Police Department said that officers responded to a shooting on Paul E. Johnson Memorial Drive. Littleton was found dead at the scene with several gunshot wounds, according to WAFF.
Tuscumbia Police question one person at the scene and have arrested one other person for further questioning. Police have yet to press charges against anyone. Police ask that anyone with information pertaining to the case contact them at (256) 383-3121.
