Survey reveals students’ perceptions, attitudes toward UNA administration and sexual assault reporting procedures

The results from the Student Campus Climate Survey contains vital information about students’ experiences and beliefs about the campus, assault reporting procedures and their perception of the level of safety on campus.

The first brief, focused on students’ perceptions and attitudes, is the first of four briefs containing results from the survey and recommendations for the university.

“It’s important for us to continue education about sexual misconduct, rape myths and active bystander procedures,” said Title IX Coordinator Tammy Jacques.

A full story containing information about students’ perceptions and attitudes about faculty, staff, administration and sexual assault on campus is available in Thursday’s issue of the Flor-Ala.
