UNA police officials are currently searching for two suspects who attempted to rob a student outside Rice Hall late Friday afternoon, officials said.

The first suspect, a black male, was wearing a black shirt with “D-K-G” on it and khaki pants, said UNA police Chief Bob Pastula. The second suspect, a white male, was wearing a white shirt and khaki pants. Both suspects appeared to be 19 years old, he said. 

UNA police officers are searching the areas around Rice Hall and are urging students to immediately alert police if they see anyone matching the descriptions of the suspects, Pastula said. 

Campus officials sent out a LionAlert warning students, faculty and staff at approximately 4:55 p.m. Friday.
