Lana Del Rey announced on Aug. 22 that she will be coming to Huntsville as part of her tour. She will be performing in Orion Amphitheater, which was built in the spring of 2022. This will mark the second time she has performed in Alabama.

Del Rey became somewhat of a north Alabama legend when she visited Florence in late July, even picking up a shift at the local Waffle House. She was spotted at local boutiques and restaurants, gaining more attention every time a photo was posted.

It was later revealed that she had recorded at Muscle Shoals Sound Studio in a post by the studio.

“We are so honored to have spent the weekend recording the iconic and talented Lana Del Rey,” the studio said in a Facebook post. “Thank you Lana for recording and hanging out with the Muscle Shoals Sound crew. History continues to be made in 2023 for the Muscle Shoals Sound Studio!”

The concert is set to take place on Sept. 21. Tickets have since sold out, but can be found on resale.
